Unwell

I'm not keeping well,
Is this hell?
My body is on fire,
From my nose leaks water,

My throat feels like a desert,
Breathing is difficult,
Muscles seem lifeless,
My thoughts turn delirious,

Is that a rat?
Chasing a cat?
I feel an Ant,
Giving me a bite,

Illusions become facts,
Abetting confusion,
Conclusions sans common sense,
Time and space a delusion,

I must now sleep,
To recover from within,
I will give it a try,
If not I might die.
