Problem

I told the truth,
Kept failing interviews,
I told lies,
They gave me a job,
Did what my heart told,
Got kicked around,
Fought with all,
Got what I want,

Got trained for work,
Work wasn't like I trained,
I'm considered unfit,
Training is never sufficient,

Am I the problem?
Or, Am I in a problem?
Why can't I be me?
Is there a solution that you can see?
