Twinkling Star

Twinkling star in the sky,
You sparkle up so bright,
This darkness you divide,
With your brightness unite,

Though lonely you shine,
With might you strike,
For hope you share,
As a lonely travelers guide,



Hope you give with your shine,
Makes me feel that you are mine,
Upon lonely travelers lonely gaze,
You shine forth your smile,

The travele hopes to reach home,
To safety from whence he had gone,
There remain things undone,
The star wishes, he gets it done,

You flicker about,
As the winds shout,
Clouds roam beneath,
Splendor floods from your seat,

Forever you shall remain,
True to your aim,
When all light has gone,
You shall always guide me home.
